We currently offer puppy transportation within Canada only.
Our puppies travel with reputable Canadian airlines, including Air Canada and WestJet. We carefully coordinate travel arrangements to ensure your puppy arrives safely at the airport nearest to your location whenever possible.

🩺 PREPARING FOR TRAVEL
Prior to departure, each puppy is carefully prepared for their journey.
Before travel, we ensure:
✔ Your puppy meets airline age requirements
✔ Your puppy is healthy and fit for transportation
✔ All required records and documentation are prepared
✔ Travel arrangements have been confirmed with the receiving family
✔ Weather and travel conditions are suitable for safe transport
We closely monitor airline schedules and weather conditions and reserve the right to delay travel if conditions are not considered safe for the puppy.

🐶 AIRLINE-APPROVED TRAVEL CRATES
Every puppy travels in a secure airline-approved crate specifically designed for animal transportation.
Each crate provides:
✔ Proper ventilation
✔ Room to stand, turn around, and lie comfortably
✔ Secure construction for safe transport
✔ Absorbent bedding for comfort throughout the journey
Crates are selected according to the puppy’s size to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

☁️ DURING THE FLIGHT
Puppies travel according to airline procedures for live animal transportation.
Whenever possible, we choose the most direct flight route available to reduce travel time and minimize stress.
Most puppies settle quickly and spend much of the flight resting or sleeping.

🌦 WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS
The safety of your puppy always comes first.
Airlines may restrict or reschedule pet transportation during:
• Extreme heat
• Extreme cold
• Severe weather conditions
• Operational disruptions
Should this occur, travel may be postponed until conditions improve.

📋 FLIGHT INFORMATION
Once travel arrangements have been finalized, you will receive:
✔ Flight details
✔ Departure and arrival times
✔ Airport pickup information
✔ Any additional instructions required for pickup

💳 PAYMENT & DEPARTURE CONFIRMATION
Full payment for the puppy and all transportation fees must be received and cleared prior to your puppy’s scheduled departure date.
No puppy will be released for travel until payment has been received in full.
Once your puppy has been checked in for their flight and is safely settled in their airline-approved travel crate, we will provide a photo of your puppy at the airport prior to departure.

🏡 PUPPY PICKUP
Upon arrival, your puppy must be picked up promptly from the designated airline cargo or baggage area as instructed by the airline.
Please bring valid government-issued identification when collecting your puppy.
Once your puppy has been picked up and leaves the airline’s care, responsibility for the puppy transfers to the new owner.

❤️ WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER ARRIVAL
It is completely normal for a puppy to be tired after travel.
Many puppies sleep during their journey and may need a short adjustment period after arriving in their new home.
Most puppies settle in quickly once they receive:
✔ Fresh water
✔ Food
✔ Rest
✔ Time with their new family
Some puppies may appear shy or quiet during the first 24 to 48 hours as they adjust to their new environment. This is a normal part of the transition process, regardless of whether your puppy was picked up from our ranch, delivered to your home by a staff member, or transported by air.
Every puppy is unique and will adjust at their own pace. We encourage families to provide a calm environment, maintain a consistent routine, and allow their puppy time to become comfortable with their new surroundings.
